Lovely very large and extremely sunny furnished room completely separate to the main house (includes bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee making facilities and drawers etc as in the pics). Great neighborhood, off street parking, shop across the road and close to town (5 minute drive). Shared bathroom and kitchen in the main house (please note these are the only shared rooms in the main house). Power and unlimited wifi included. No drugs. Smoking/vaping okay outside only. Would consider couples however rent would be adjusted to take into consideration an additional roomie.

We are a busy but friendly household. There’s myself a full time working professional and my teenage son who live in the main house along with Harry our super lovable dog and cat. Looking for someone independent who likes their own space, and is clean, and considerate. Must be working or a full time student.
