7 years old modern house, located in Ilam Road, 1 min walk to University of Canterbury, very close to bus stop, petrol station, shops. Ensuite double room for renting, $260 per week, incl furniture, power and internet.

We are a lovely, quiet and tidy family. Our family members are a full time work couple with a 7 years old girl, grandparents, plus one existing flatmate who is work full time. Total 6 people. We are looking for a non-smoker flatmate to join our family.
