Your room has a built-in wardrobe and enough space for a queen size bed, drawers, and bedside tables. There are two other rooms - one is ours and the other is a study which you can also make use of. We have a nice front deck and are close to Sylvia Park and supermarkets. Bills aren’t included in the rent, we just split them evenly at the end of each month. Our lease ends at the end of January, however there is an option to extend it.

We are both in our twenties (22 and 21). One of us is a student and part-time worker, the other is a tradie. We love our own space but are also very social people. We like having a couple of drinks with friends and getting outdoors in our free time.
