Tenant is not required to help with cleaning (except after yourself) or garden maintenance. Pre-existing pet/s negotiable. Available until end of March 2023. Pets negotiable, no smokers. Prefer 25+ years old. Rent includes power, internet and basic cleaning supplies. You would need to buy/cook your own meals.
