Cheyenne's room

We are seeking a professional or student to share our tidy, quiet home, with 3 working adults and a one year old.

The house is a stone’s throw away from the river, Lagoon, Esplanade and the Number 12 bus route. Our home is in a safe and private back section in a peaceful neighborhood.

Rent covers the electricity/gas, fibre internet charges, rubbish bin collection and cleaning equipment/toilet paper. The bond for the room is two weeks rent. There is an additional $10pw charge in winter to cover increased power usage.

We currently have an upstairs room available; it is fully furnished (bed, chest of drawers, bookshelf) and has a large double door closet. The room is beside a shared lounge and balcony, and a shared bathroom with spa bath. The kitchen is a shared open space with use of some kitchenware and ample storage space. Flatmates will be responsible for their own food. Use of standalone Fridge and Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dryer. Our back yard is an open area patio with wrap around lawn area and fruit trees. Off street parking is available.

We live with 2 outdoor cats - we cannot accommodate any other pets.

No smoking/vaping/parties permitted. Moderate Drinking is fine.

We are a combination of people - a couple (with a young child) and a single individual. We are working professionals and are sociable and friendly.
