Sarah's room

We have a 3 bedroom house in Hokowhitu. Lovely garden, close to the river path, four square, 2 bathrooms, double garage, down a culder sac, quiet neighbourhood.

A bit about us.. You would be living with Myself Sarah (34 yo) and my partner Chris (32 yo) Chris and I are both working professionals I a background and Healthcare, and I’m currently studying early childhood is education. Chris is in aviation/ avionics. We both enjoy adventure outdoors, having a quiet drink with friends, visiting family and walking along the river path, as well as enjoying a home cooked meal and relaxing in our home.

Getting around… Palmerston North is flat and easy to get around by bicycle, there is also a range of affordable and accessible options to get to and from the Massey University campus.

Overseas travellers.. were more than happy to show you some of our favourite spots or recommend places to visit nearby.

Anything else to know … Were easy going and would like to accommodate you as extended whanau, we would be open to doing things such as shared meals and leaving the house to you if we take a short break away.

You would have a large double bedroom upstairs. You will have access to the upstairs bathroom as you wish. This is shared there is a bath. We also would use it as a second bathroom for visitors, . There is a single toilet downstairs and we have an ensuite bathroom.

There will be off street parking available, and room in our garage to safely store a bicycle or surfboard.

We would like someone to stay for up to 12 months. We would also consider a short stay on a case by case basis.
