Females preferred, 3 rooms available in a tidy family sized house. 1 Rooms semi furnished. Needs a bed, but double matress available. Quiet and good for a student or worker. Secure neibourhood, plenty of shops, bus stops nearby. Off road secure parking (carport) and Sun room. I take care of the gardens and lawn. A cat is ok to. No internet
About the roomies
No other flatties at present. I work fulltime and like to get out and about Canterbury in a 4x4 on the weekends. If you’d like to tag along on scenic adventures that’s fine. 1-12 month duration desired please.
