I have a couple of spare rooms. Furnished or unfurnished. There’s a second lounge and a bathroom in the space. The kitchen and outdoor space is shared. Relaxed and friendly house. Close to the beach, cycleway, supermarket and walks.
I would consider couples and or friends since there are 2 rooms. Single-person rent is $230 + $50 bills The price for couples is negotiable.
