3 bedroom house, 1 bathroom. It has a garage too but it is mainly used for storage and has a big freezer. There are 2 bus stops from the house, one is a 2min walk away and another 10-15min away from the house, both leading to Massey and the main bus terminal. The square and UCOL are just a 20min walk away. Available room can fit a double queen bed, a desk, drawers and it has a spacious wardrobe.

Current roomies include a Massey student in her mid-20s and a part-time worker, other roomie is a full-time worker in her mid-20s as well.
