It’s in a quiet, friendly cul de sac with off street parking. The house has a shared bathroom complete with both a shower and bath, and a seperate toilet. All common living areas are fully furnished, including a washing machine and dryer. It is located within walking distance to the nearest bus stop and is a 5 minute drive to state highway 2.

We are a couple in our mid twenties who are friendly and respectful. We both work at a Special Education school. We have just added to our family with a new puppy who loves to play and is very friendly.
