Gorgeous view on the bay of plenty, can see the Ocean and Papamoa from the house. 15 min drive from Papamoa domain.

Large private property with lots of land and no neighbours close by. Very peaceful

We are looking for a flat mate who is around a similar age to us and someone we get along with. Someone who is respectful clean and tidy.

Room for rent is $200 per week including everything, power, water, wifi. (Could go up depending on power bill that’s received monthly) Most likely won’t though.

Unfortunately no pets as we already have 2 dogs
