Room available to rent in a sunny 3 bedroom house, with wrap around lawn and outdoor patio. The flat has two bathrooms, so you would be sharing the bathroom with one other. Features include:

• Outdoor table and chairs

Room can come with or without bed

Rent is $197/week, plus power and internet (split between the flat)

Bond is two weeks rent and two weeks paid in advance

No pets, children or smokers

We are in a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood and are not a party flat. You would be joining two friendly, young professionals (early/mid 20s, guy and a girl) working full-time and who enjoy outdoor activities. This room would suit someone who is also working full-time, is tidy and respectful.
