Jana's room

The single room has a big wardrobe, a TV cabinet and L shaped sofa bed that transforms into a very comfy double bed. Duvet, bed linen and towels are provided. You have your own toilet and bathroom with a shower and bath tub. The rent includes Wifi and power. Kitchen appliances, washing machine and outdoor space are shared. The office can be used as well incl. desk. Very quiet neighborhood. I’m looking for a (preferably) female house mate that is respectful, tidy and pays rent on time. Needs to be ok with the very friendly, older dog.

I’m originally from Germany but moved to NZ 18 years ago. I own the house, so you will be living with me and my senior dog. I’m working full time but up for a chat and drink in the evening. Love doing artwork, horse riding, cooking and baking.
