Large, sunny double bedroom (unfurnished) with built in wardrobe, available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Barrington. Close to Orbiter route and a short walk to Barrington Mall where more bus routes can be accessed. On a quiet street, but close to main roads to access other areas of the city. Gas hot water; good outdoor space; use of BBQ; some off-street parking. Bathroom will be shared with one other person. No smoking indoors.

Other flatmates are two single males in their 30s. We are friendly, but fairly quiet – not into loud parties, but we do enjoy hanging out with mates. Open to sharing the cooking, or go it alone. Looking for someone in mid-twenties to late thirties, friendly, social and tidy. In full-time employment would be great, but would consider student with part-time work also. Rent for a single person is $200/pw plus expenses; couple would be $300/pw plus expenses. Wi-Fi included, but power & gas extra and would be split equally between all flatmates each month.
