New sunny three bedroom house with backyard in Prebbleton. Room can be furnished with king single or queen bed, or can bring your own. Will have use of guest bathroom with shower. Shared kitchen and living space with heatpump (heater also available). Across the road from a park/tennis courts and supermarket/dairies/restaurants just down the road. Driveway parking available.

Mostly just a 28-year-old female professional that works in healthcare. I am easy-going and pretty quiet, occasionally I have friends round for dinner. I have 10-month-old kittens Hugo and Wallace who are very friendly and love pats and to play. My sister (house co-owner) will spend most of her time working in Australia but will come back for short visits, staying in the spare room.
