Central city location. Short walk to supermarket, Richmond Club, and other amenities. Upstairs bedroom, built in wardrobe, with bed or bring your own. Lockable bedroom door. Shared bathroom with bath and seperate shower. Downstairs is open plan with lounge opening onto deck and courtyard, laundry, 2nd toilet, internal access to the garage which has a small amount or storage available for a bike (I don’t park my car in it). WiFi and power $50 per week.

One occupant home, I am a 60 year old female working professional and the homeowner. Home is a 3 bedroom townhouse. I am a quiet living and yet sociable person, very respectful of others and empathetic. Like to keep active. Move in date can be flexible for the right person.
