Kia ora, I have two bedrooms available in my 3 bedrooms apartment on Broadway Avenue. Room 1 has a queen bed, built-in wardrobe and 2 big windows. Room 2 also has a built-in wardrobe and 2 windows, which can fit a queen bed. A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are also available in-house. Rent is $217/week, excluding bills. The ideal move-in date will be mid-February. The apartment is located in the heart of Palmerston North. Super close to the Main street bus stop. 7 minute walk to Countdown Broadway and New World. 5 minute walk to The Plaza and just a few steps from a lot of good restaurants in town.
