It seems far but there are Asian grocery stores, parknsave, botany mall not so far, Omiston mall nearby and not far to access to motorway.
Friendly neighborhood Very quiet Designer kitchen off street parking. Available for a minimum of 6 months, or longer. $490 p/w - water, gas and internet included but not power. Provide 1 carpark spot in our driveway 4 weeks bond required.
Party people not suitable for us, as we are very early workers couple so we sleep early people :)
About the roomies
We are a small family, both me and my husband work really early so party people not suitable for us. 😊
