Hi ! We are a group of 4 international students who have secured a flat in Ilam. The flat is brand new, ( available to rent on February ) with 6 bedrooms and they all have their own ensuites. The location of the flat is perfect for students as it is right across from university of Canterbury! We are looking for 1 more person , preferably FEMALE UC student, to join us. All the rooms are furnished, with a double bed, desk, and wardrobes. rent is 215 PW excluding power and wifi ( will be shared equally with other flatmates each month ). There is also a bond of 4 weeks of rent ( $860 per person )
