A beautiful, very spacious 4 bedroom house located in a very safe and quiet part of Merivale just off Papanui Road. The house has a large open plan kitchen and dining areas which also opens up again into a large living area. House is fully furnished but the bedroom for rent is not. We like to keep the hosue clean and have a gorgeous back yard that we have a weekly gardiner take care of. The room available for rent is the second largest room in the house; a large double room with a huge built in wardrobe space. There are 2 toilets and 1 separate bathroom with a shower that will be shared between yourself and 2 other males. The third housemate has her own en suite. We also have an enormous double garage that has space for 2 large cars. We are hoping to get a pool table in here sometime soon. All bedrooms come with a key so can be locked.

Unfortunately not pet friendly

Three working professionals a 29 year old male who works as a venue manager, a 28 year old male who works as a bar manager and a 24 year old female working in youth development. We are a friendly group all great friends who equally enjoy shared time in the house with respecting each others space from time to time. We enjoy the odd drink and like to have at least 1 wholesome household night a week with games/cooking etc. We welcome guests and will have the odd get together usually on a nice day and have a BBQ.
