Boarders wanted for home. Quiet spot across the road from park. Must be employed, and considerate of other boarders. Will be sharing with 2 others in house. ideal for pack house workers who want to save on expenses. House rules are ,No pets please, no parties and no drugs. Bills include: water power and super fast internet, house cleaning and lawns. All personal expenses are your responsibility and all general house hold items expenses to be split with other boarders. Close to Main road, public transportation and central to everything in the Bay of Plenty. Small garden with out door deck.

Single room with two single beds for rent. To share with 2 others. Honest considerate people who pay rent on time wanted. Long term preferred but will discuss options if required.
