Modern, warm 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house. Room is furnished, all bills included and central located in Cromwell with supermarkets and Old historic Cromwell within Walking distance. Quiet and peaceful as it’s located on a dead-end street with a Greenway running alongside. I’m very house proud so property is well kept, clean and tidy. So looking for someone clean, respectful and peaceful to fit in with our current roomies

I’m a 31 yr old male, I enjoy getting out and about, exercising, maintaining the house, tinkering in my shed and having a couple cold beers with mates after work occasionally. Will also be living with a 30 yr old student male, who is also clean, tidy and respectful.
