We are looking for a flatmate(s) for our large, multicultural, fully furnished room in Christchurch City Central (by Latimer Square). There is a QUEEN bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, and chair (everything you see in the pictures).
The house is super central, just a 6 minute walk to the Cathedral Square, 9 minute walk to Aspire2, and 14 minute walk to Ara. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby so it’s great if you work in the city - no transport costs! 🍔🥗🍪☕️🥂🍺🍹
The flatmates are clean, friendly and respectful, so we are looking for similar people. We do activities together, but you don’t have to join in if you don’t want to. 🎥🎛🎉 This is not a party house, and you will need to clean up after yourself! We’re all aged between 22-36.
