Eloise's room

We have a room available in our 5 bedroom flat in Avonhead. It has 2 bathrooms, a large modern kitchen with gas stove. A large living room with heat pump. Downstairs room available, has heat pump in downstairs hall.

We are friendly group of 5 (3 girls, 2 boys), we love a board game night and casual quiet drinks at the flat. We love a clean flat and are very respectful of each others spaces. We are all either in our last years of uni or in postgrad. The room is available end of January. Feel to ask as many questions and ask for photos
