Cornfoot Street

Hi everyone, I’m just doing the finishing touches to my home in Castlecliff, Wanganui, and now looking for flatmates. It has three spare rooms, each a slightly different size, which is why the cost varies 180-220. (Room choice would be on a first-in-first-served basis.) There’s a bathroom/laundry, a separate toilet room with its own wash basin, a new kitchen, a lounge, and a huge backyard with a driveway where you can park a car if you have one. Internet, gas, and electricity are included for normal use (but if you’re hooking up 300 computers to mine bitcoin, or something like that, then it’d be fair for you to pay more).

At the moment it’s just me and my dog. He loves people, but he gets a bit territorial with other pets, so you probably can’t bring your own pet. I’m not overly fussy with flatmates, just anyone who’s reasonably tidy and won’t have loud parties at three in the morning.
