An original Mount kiwi bach and family home with a great vibe on Te Ngaio Rd, Mt Maunganui. House has three levels; the master bedroom advertised is on the top level upstairs from the living area. A spacious room with a king-size bed, ensuite, and small deck. The room is furnished, including linen, duvet, and towels are provided. Shared kitchen and laundry. Please note due to the age of the home some of the fixtures are out dated, and no dishwasher in the kitchen (clean/clear bench policy applies, no dirty dishes left on bench, this rule works very well with flatmates).

Two other flatmates (couple) bedroom is on the ground floor, UK couple late twenties. Landlord mid 50’s stays over on the occasional weekend, and pops in regularly for lawn mowing etc. We are ideally seeking a working visa couple 25 - 30 as a good fit with current flatmates. The house is a family home, we are non smokers, who have the occasional quiet drink/bbq etc, but we’re not party people.
