A quiet 2 Brm Unit in a block of 4, Around the corner from New world supermarket and central parade shops and restaurants..A easy 4 min stroll to Mount Beach surf spot and handy to Blake park sports grounds and new state of the Art Skate park. Room is Partly furnished, The rent of $270 incls expenses such as Power,Wifi, rubbish collection, Water and some household essentials such as Toilet paper, air freshener and dishwashing liquid. You just have to buy your own food and Toiletries. Sociable space but also respectful of need for own space. Don’t mind the odd quiet drink now n then. Keen on BBQ’s while the sun is still shining, and enjoy movie nights also. Keen to team up for cooked dinner meals now n then also. Not a party house but more than welcome to have social occasions and you’d be more than welcome to have friends over for them..If your creative please feel free to add your own touch of creativity to make you feel more at home. Happy to put my big music collection into storage to make space for things you might like to add. If your a WFH person that will be fine as long as you can contribute a little more to cover power etc.
