Sunny newly built house located in Pap East. With only a 20-minute walk to the beach or the local pub/four square.

The house is fully furnished, all you need is your bedroom furniture.

Private room available with built-in double wardrobe, you will also have your own bathroom.

$300 for a single $400-450 for a couple Bills are included in the price above The bond is two weeks rent.

We can be flexible with the move-in date.

You will be living with a professional couple in their early 30s.

We are busy, social, and outgoing people. We both love fitness and eating healthy.

We are quiet and respectful of others. If we aren’t away on weekends, we don’t mind a quiet drink and a BBQ.
