Rent includes; Internet + pwer Double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house. The bedroom can come with a queen size bed and wardrobe if needed. Warm sunny room.

A garage is available for storage or a workshop, it’s currently used for storing things and the occasional game of beer pong.

Large backyard with a unique mound, great for sun-worshipping or doing sic jumps haha.

I own the house, and my 17-year-old daughter lives here week about. We are both pretty chill and easygoing, and we like to keep the place clean and orderly.
I have a little hypoallergenic dog called Bruno, he’s pretty cool and I take him most places with me.

I have an add-on room that I use as my clothes-drying room & home office. There is enough room for another desk. I work a mixture of at home and in the city.

The house is fully furnished. New carpet, freshly painted walls & lots of indoor plants and a hammock in the lounge.

Megs: Female, 30s, professional, easygoing, loves yoga and drinks in the sun. Charlee: 17-year-old lives here every other week, is easygoing, and mainly stays in her room, haha. She enjoys music, playing guitar, and riding her motorbike.
