Located close to the CBD ( 5 minute walk )

Medium sized Sleep out available, comes with a double bed + Toilet + small wall heater for winter

Would prefer female tenant as in the past males have tended to be rowdy and party a lot (messy also) We are not a party house. Age is not an issue, preferably closer the better.

Inside the home is a fireplace, and a nice spacious lounge and four bedrooms ( one for storage )

Lounge is not used very often except on the weekends with child so that is a free space to use for relaxing during the colder months

Smokers ok, OUTSIDE.

Street parking with security

Must be good with dogs and children

• 30 weekly for utilities ( power internet )

1x Puppy, very energetic and lovable 2x Male Flat Mates both live inside and keep to themselves Ages are 28. Full timers working from home. 1x Child every second weekend
