Close to supermarket, restaurants, cafes, takeaway shops, barbers, hair salons, pharmacy, convenience stores, petrol stations and Queensgate (4 minute drive / 16 minute walk).

Plenty of free parking. Next to the riverbank. Close to the Melling Train Station (13 minute walk / 4 minute drive) and a short distance to the Hutt Hospital. Quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Room is available fitted. Includes a double sized bed, a computer desk, clothes rack and drawers.

You’ll be living with 2 professionals in their mid 30’s (Jayson and Wasim) working full time. 9am - 5pm work schedules.

A heads up that this is not a party flat. Although we each tend to do our own thing, we are friendly and warm. We are after someone similar who is clean, tidy and respectful of others spaces and is willing to share house tasks.
