Looking for 1 or 2 flatmates to join our beautiful modern townhouse in St Albans. There are currently 2 flatmates Myself and My partner who both work full time. We are looking for an individual or couple that is out going and can have a good time. Need to be tidy and reliable. Rent is $325 for 1 person or $162.50 for a couple (each). Power is billed fortnightly and ranges from $25-$35 (includes Broadband).

Large double bedroom with an ensuite. No off street parking but easy enough to find parking on the street.
