While this is a flatmate situation, You will have privacy of your own room detached from main building occupied by the owner themselves. Own private bathroom, toilet and kitchenette. House is located in Christmas road, Manurewa. 3 minutes drive and 12 minutes walk to train station and Manurewa Town Centre. 4 mins drive and 16 minutes walk to Waiata shores Countdown Supermarket complex. Partial Furnishing can be negotiated. Students welcome. Water, electricity and internet included. Parking on road side of long driveway so ideal for person commuting by cycle or train. Strictly one person occupation only.
About the roomies
Family of 5. Fiji Indians. Professional couple with 3 children. Religious family and would prefer someone who cannot avoid cooking beef or pork products.
