Your room has uninterupted views over the Tamaki River. The house is very modern and has a fully equiped kitchen. I love to cook so I will share a few meals with you at times. I don’t want any party animals - been there, done that. I have one super friendly dog who is young & learning. He can be a pain with some of his antic’s but is basically a good boy, albeit, over exuberant. I have Sky TV and internet access. I am 69 years old and single (widowed). I enjoy a gin or 3 and I’m still smoking - however, this has to finish this year. Some visitors call my home the Resort. Come and see why??? I will supply the kitchen and cleaning basics. I like a clean & tidy home but I’m not totally obsessed with that. I do like things to be clean though.
Ideally I’d like a middle or older aged lady who would help me keep the home tidy(ish) and partake in some of the cooking requirements. I have one youngish dog who is super-charged and 8 chickens, so we always have very fresh eggs. A lady that is into gardening would also be helpful. Some intelligence is also welcomed.
