Newly built double glazed sunny house with ample of space. Quiet place with security. Located between Lincoln and Rolleston. Owners has their own ensuite so the main bathroom is for the flatmates. Laundry, dry, unlimited wifi, central heating aircon, fridge space, tv, dishwasher, Netflix/prime & entertainment lounge. $25-30 extra for the above usage expenses weekly.

Owner couple full time workers late 20’s. Friendly, quiet and tidy and no disturbance to roomies who can live as their own home. Unfortunately, No pets allowed. Welcome decent roomie who pays on time. No smoking in the house but don’t mind doing it outside. Thanks!
