Brand new 3 bedroom home situated in a lovely lane with awesome neighbours. The third bedroom is left free for the occasional guest to come and stay.

Double room (3mx3m), afternoon sun. Large double wardrobe. TV/data ports in bedroom. Will need own bed (can provide temporary Deluxe Airbed if required). Bedside table with drawers is available if required. Own Master Bathroom (may be used for occasional guests).

3 min drive to Nth/Sth motorways. 3 min drive to Parklands Superette/takeaways. 5 mins drive to the Bombay Service Centre, 7 min drive to Drury village. 10 mins drive to Papakura shops, trains, bus, Hawkins Theatre, Papakura Club, schools, coastal walkways. Approx 12-15 min drive to Pukekohe, which has absolutely everything you could ever need Our lane is very social, we often hold mini lane events and get togethers. Some of us go out walking together. We keep a look out for each other and our homes. Excellent walking and biking pathways.

I am a laid back person, who is very house proud. I enjoy socialising with friends and love to cook and bake. I work fulltime from home and occasionally go into the office. I adore my new home and are looking forward to building a veggie garden and slowly create the garden and outdoor areas. We are a very close community here and often catch up with each other for walks and social events too.
