About the room
Double room (not huge but easily fits queen bed etc). Double built in wardrobe with shelf for great storage). House is one of two units with single garages in between (we are front unit). Bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. House is warm and sunny. Neighbours are friendly and quiet. Feel free to contact me with any questions :)
About the roomies
Living here is myself - 54 year old female - very friendly but also like time to myself, 19 year old female - very mature and works full time and my lovely 3 year old cat. Nice street with friendly neighbours. Off street parking if wanted. Room is a smaller double - very warm and sunny. Rent is $160 neg for the right person and includes power and unlimited broadband.
