Cohen's room

Room is 3.0 x 2.95m in size with a 1.9x1.4m walk in wardrobe for storage, further storage possible in garage if needed. The room has a jack and jill styled bathroom shared with 1 other flatmate. The house is modern and gets a lot of the sun and has a modern kitchen with induction cooktop. Your own fridge or freezer is not required as there is plenty of space in the current one with additonal freezers and fridges located in garage if required. A seperate fully furnished Laundry room with washer and dryer is also present.

House is located near small shopping area which is in easy walking distance.

The bed in the picture is a spare and can be used if required otherwise it will be moved into storage if you have your own.

Rent includes internet and power utilities. Rent for couples is $280.

The house is unfortuantely not suited for dogs as the yard is not containted and the house does not have cat accessability, however small contained indoor pets are welcome.

2 Other flatmates, both male. Age range of 28 to 33. Both are rather introverted indivduals who are quiet ,clean ,and non-smokers. Neither has any pets but are pet friendly.
