My partner (Jonathan) and I (Thuy) have signed a 2 bedroom flat. It has got 2 ensuites and built in wardrobes, it’s brand new, super warm and cosy, we have the best landlords (Toby and Carlos) that are so friendly and helpful. The bedrooms comfortably fit a queen bed. It’s got heaps of storage, parking is on street but there is seriously no difficulty. It’s in Lower Hutt, about a 5 minute walk to the nearest station and a 20-25 minute train ride into the city.

Single price is $350. Couple price is $375. Bills split evenly are $15-20/week.

I’m Thuy (25 years old), working as an accountant and my partner Jonathan (29 years old) work as a full-time optometrist. Ideally looking for 20-30yo full time workers (single or couple). We enjoy movies and board games together. We have a dog named Matcha and he’s a 5 year-old Chowchow. He’s very calm and quiet unless strangers are trying to get into the house. He’s lived with other dogs before and been fine.
