Choice of two rooms ($140 or $200). Furnished or unfurnished. A small double room (currently has single bed, but will fit a double), or a larger double room. Both upstairs, one with a view of the Port Hills, the other with a balcony over a courtyard garden and on a clear day, a sneaky view of the mountains. Warren and Mahoney 1970s townhouse, with mostly 1970s features. I like the retro feel, but it comes with minimal mod-cons. Heat pump downstairs, wifi. There is a separate garage and off road parking, but its a bit tight and would need to be negotiated. Dryer and some storage available in the garage. I’m also open to the garage being an art space. I rent the property and this is the reason for the background check. No pets unfortunately.

I’ve lived here by myself for about five years since returning to NZ after 20 years in the UK. I work from home up to two days a week. I’m quiet and reserved, but also friendly. I enjoy reading, writing, drawing, dancing, live music.
