Welcome! The home is a 1900 villa with your room a sizeable 4.5m x 3.5m. The living areas are open plan with a log fire and air conditioning that opens out to a private backyard recently planted in sun tropical fruit trees with a side herb garden. The neighbours are great and as it’s a cul-de-sac it’s quiet and community orientated. It’s a short walk to the marina, waikanae beach, town, great local coffee and four square. The room is fully furnished and rent covers power, and internet too. I’m a 47 year old female looking for a trustworthy professional flatmate that isn’t wanting to party as I work from home and around the country. There are no other flatmates as the third bedroom is my office.

As for me I’m Sarah .. 47 female and mother of two adult lads 28 and 25 who are settled and a grandmother to one. I moved to Gisborne 5 years ago while finishing my degree in history and English and love it here. I like surfing*not that I’m very good, read, art, travel and cultural exchange. I’m currently attempting to learn Korean, French and te reo.
