About the room
This is an older flat- has a bit of earthquake damage- on main road, up back section…its quieter than you think, room 2 large is an oblong shape size large 2nd room is small but fits a queen bed..has wardrobe… I’m sick of flatmates who don’t clean up or offer to mow lawn once and a while. So someone who pays on time, helps out around the property too would be great, bus stop 2 doors down 5 minute walk to new brighton mall. I work nightshift and keep to myself.
