Lucia's room

We are in Avenues, very convinient location. Close to town and hospital. Take-aways and convenient store is just by the corner. Bus stop as well. The house is a freestanding house initially built in the 1950s, but it’s been kept in very good status. There are off street parking and street parking available. All the rooms are bright and get sunshine at different times during the day. We have two rooms available at the moment. The smaller room would fit a double bed, a drawer or closet, a desk, and some other small furnitures. I have a couch bed in there, however, if you don’t like it, it can be removed. The room is equiped with SkyTV, you can pay for your subscription if you want to use it. A balcony is attached to it. I would like to charge $230/week for this room. The bigger room can easily fit a double bed, a desk, a drawer/closet, a couch, coffee table and you will still have heaps of space. The furnitures described can be provided, but if you don’t like any, they can be removed. The room has its own entrance through a porch. There is a fireplace, but was suggested not to use it by specialist. I would like to charge $290/week for this room. Kitchen and bathroom are shared space.

We are a family of 4. But we only use one room in the main house and another cabin in the back yard. My partner is a sailor, thus not often home either on the sea, or working towards going on the sea. My kids are 7 and 3 years old. I work at the local council. Currently we have two flatmates in their 20s that are taking one room. They are very quiet and keeping to themselves. We are all quite busy working throughout the week. I usually spent weekend times to maintain the property and going to all kinds of events with my kids.
