We are in Avenues, very convinient location. Close to town and hospital. Take-aways and convenient store is just by the corner. Bus stop as well. There are off street parking and street parking available. We will have a single room available from April 8th. The room is light furnitures with a double bed, a single couch, a drawer and a coffee table. I would like to charge $250/week for this room. Kitchen and bathroom are shared space.
We are a family of 4. But we only use one room in the main house and another cabin in the back yard. My partner is a sailor, thus not often home either on the sea, or working towards going on the sea. My kids are 8 and 5 years old. Currently we have two flatmate at 20s that are taking one room. I usually spent weekend time to maintain the property and go to all kinds of events with my kids.
