Females only, Not a party house, 1 room available, furnished with king single bed , study table, built-inwardrobe. Wifi , water , power all included in rent. Located in heart of Kensington. Walking distance to all amenities. Quite and safe area .

About the roomies

I live alone. I’m a caregiver and I work from thurs to mon . I’m only home mon to Wed. Have pets , so someone who’s ok to be around parrots, cat and dog is welcome. The dog goes to work with me and is only home when I’m hm . So if you think you will be OK with that, Happy to hear from you .
