This was the workspace/study and guest bedroom during the pandemic(shown in other photo with bigger desk and book shelf). but have since rented out when the borders opened.

As the most recent (main pic) photo shows, the cupboard had been used for storage. If a long term flatmate is accepted, I do plan to clear cupboard so can be fully used for anyone that wishes to be here for the long run. If short term/seasonal working holiday flatmate is found, then there is the drawers that can be used plus any space found in cupboard(do plan to chip away/make more room on shelves).

I work in events management for outdoor markets, concerts and festivals(+ stadium winter sports). I’m currently in the process of traveling overseas (chase the sun) and maybe work a few summer festivals in the northern hemisphere while at it. Current flatmate got in on the bigger room and works fulltime(when the weather is right). He plans to be here till the end of the year with maybe visit overseas for a month in between.

This would leave whoever is lucky to be accepted by us. It will be more the flatmate’s choice as want to know I’m leaving place with people that can get along (good vibes).
