There are two rooms available to rent: Room1: · 1x Furnished double-size room with double bed and 2x bed-side tables, 2x bedside lamps. Can provide a study table. Available from 22nd of March 2023. Rooom2: · 1x Furnished double room with King single bed, study desk, lamp, drawers, and built-in wardrobe. – Available on the 1st of May 2023. · There is a separate modern shower and bathroom. The shower will be shared with the person for the other room to rent. This means you will have to share the shower facilities with 1 other person. · kitchen space and fridge/freeze space in our family kitchen. · You will have to clean the shower and bathroom weekly. Must be able to keep the space clean and tidy. · Shared laundry – there is a washing machine, dyer, and clothesline to use. · There is car parking space available in the main driveway. We are a family of three - parent working full time and 2 children.
