We currently have available a private furnished room with bathroom adjacent, this will be shared with our son. We welcome any ethnicity or gender and just ask for mutual respect.

Rent includes power and internet ONLY- you provide your own food.

We are looking for month by month boarding, so would suit someone who has just shifted to Christchurch, or is looking for a homely environment.
