Hi all, I’m looking for two people to fill a cozy apartment house in Addington from the 12th of May onwards as my flatties are moving out. There are two separate rooms available which both can fit a queen bed, desks, draws and contain a small wardrobe. Each room is going for $190 a week.

The house stays very warm and is cheap to run with a fairly sized backyard/patio to hangout once I get some outdoor tables.

The flat is pretty well setup with all the appliances that you need, plus an espresso machine.

I’m looking for anyone who is clean, social, keen to watch a few movies, enjoys outdoor activities and possibly happy to do shared meals occasionally. Also ideally looking for someone longterm.

There is space in the garage for cycles and extra items although my car already takes the garage parking space, there is however plenty of on street parking around.

Extra expenses usually come to around: $25/m for internet ~$50/m for power

I’m a outgoing dude (24) who loves hiking, biking, computer games, board games and social outings, I have a fulltime job as a Software Developer.
