A large furnished room with comfy king-single bed, desk, drawers, clothing rack - carpeted. Close to the beach, on bus route to CBD/town and Richmond. Large private garden, sunny deck. Plenty of space to relax.

I keep active on my days off, I mountain bike and tramping. I enjoy my own space and chilling out at home. I like the cinema, catching up with friends for coffee. I’m very clean and tidy and looking for someone to share a space who is considerate, clean and respectful and pitch in with housework. Be great to share a meal.
