Looking for someone to rent out our spare bedroom while we are away overseas. Its a large room in an old villa, so super high ceilings and lots of space. Rent is $200 per week for a single person, or $300 for a couple + power. Available from end of April to mid September. We also have a second room (similar size) available from mid June to mid September

My mum will be staying at our house looking after the place and our cat while we are overseas. You will be sharing the house with her. She is in her late 50’s and works from home. Its a 4 bedroom house, 2 living spaces, one bathroom.
